With a passion for property and investments, Monir’s career saw him working in various senior lending roles for Commonwealth Bank and as a mortgage broker, before founding Astus Financial.
Monir has been working in the mortgage and finance industry for over 15 years where he has built a great reputation with a network of clients who valued his honest guidance & expertise in financing their property purchases. In this time, he was awarded the most prestigious CEO and Diamond Lender Award (CBA).
Drawing on over 15 years’ experience in mortgage lending Monir prides himself on offering his customers honest and professional advice and always seeks to ensure meet and exceed customer expectations. Monir’s motivation to help clients achieve their financial goals is an asset to all his clients.
Outside of work, Monir enjoys spending time with family & friends, playing, and watching sports.

Lizzy is very passionate about the mortgage and finance industry, and she has been in financial services for over 15 years.

It was Lizzy’s dedication that earned her some highly prestigious award (Diamond lender, Mobile lender of the year) in her time with the Commonwealth Bank.

During her time with CBA, Emilia earned the Diamond Lender Award, recognised for outstanding results and customer satisfaction. As an active property investor herself, Emilia understands the journey from a client’s perspective. Based in Sydney’s Northwest, she has strong local market knowledge while staying across property trends nationwide.

At his previous jobs, Atif has gained experience in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and developing strong relationships.
He looks after all our bank communications which includes end to end loan tracking from lodgement to settlement.
Atif loves Travelling, cooking, painting, and watching and playing football at his leisure time.
